Many of you may know Roz from their work with us back in 2016, when our product was still known as OMMPOS. Not only was Roz instrumental in writing the original documentation for the software, but they’ve also been a trusted voice in helping users get the most out of the system.

With a strong background in operations, system implementation, and training, Roz excels at helping teams and customers navigate complex tools with clarity and confidence. Throughout their career, Roz has led large-scale system rollouts, developed streamlined processes, and trained teams to succeed with new technology — all with a thoughtful, people-centric approach.

Here at Marijuana Software, Roz will be focusing on sales and customer support, serving as a key resource to help our customers get the most out of our software — from onboarding and training to ongoing guidance and product insights. Their deep institutional knowledge of our platform, combined with a passion for supportive, effective problem solving, makes them a perfect fit for this role.
